(N.B. Dates below are for Saturday changeovers. Amounts are in £s Sterling.)

CHANGEOVER DAYS during the "peak season", i.e. July/August, arrival and departure days are as stated below. However at other times, we may be able to vary start and finish days to meet with your personal preferences. Please check with us regarding availability before making your formal reservation.

WE PROVIDE BED LINEN AND TEA TOWELS within the cost of your holiday. If your stay is for longer than one week, you will be provided with a fresh supply of linen upon request. Please remember to bring own face, hand, bath and beach towels.

ELECTRICITY  is by meter (£1 coins) but the storage heater is included in the cost.

DOGS are welcome, but strictly by arrangement only. A charge of £30 per dog will be incurred. (No more than two dogs are permitted)

DEPOSITS: We require a deposit of one third of your total holiday cost when making your reservation. The balance must be paid not less than six weeks prior to your arrival. Failure to comply may result in the loss of your deposit and cancellation of your holiday.

Mowhay is designated as a non smoking cottage.

CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing to us at least six weeks before your holiday date. We will make every effort to re-let, but if we are unsuccessful you will be required to pay the full cost of your holiday. Please therefore ensure that you arrange appropriate holiday insurance.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE: The cottage is available from 4pm on the day of arrival and MUST be vacated by l0am on the day of departure
