The New Garden room - the kitchen opens into the garden room which offers a dining area as well as a sitting room, a flat screen T.V. a WOOD BURNER and a storage heater. This is a most relaxing area with views over the garden and communal woodland. There is a slate floor, oak beams and partially glazed roof to make the most of the natural daylight. The patio doors open onto the patio with a picnic table.
Shower room - this has been recently retiled and benefits from a new electric shower.
Please note that there is no smoking in the Cottage.
