Lounge - a spacious living area with two sofas, a TV with freeview and a DVD player. A storage heater provides warmth for the house (if required) and is included in the price. All other electric is by £1 coin operated meter.
Kitchen - the property benefits from a newly fitted kitchen with diswasher,microwave,fridge freezer and electric cooker. It is equipped with all the utensils you would expect to find at home,( laundry room on site includes a tumble drier and two washing machines).
Sun room - the kitchen opens into the sun room which acts as the dining area as well as an additional sitting room. This is a most relaxing area with views over the garden and communal woodland.
Shower room - this has been recently retiled and benefits from a new electric shower.
Please note that there is no smoking in the Cottage.
