Accommodation
The front and rear of the cottage.
Mowhay was originally a barn that backed onto a threshing yard, from which the cottage gets its name. Part of the buildings was a mill and the water leat that powered it can still be seen at the end of the garden in the woods. Polcoverack sits in an area of outstanding natural beauty and the surrounding downland is a site of special scientific interest great for bird watching and archaeological sites. Away from main roads children and adults alike can enjoy the safety and freedom of this tranquil haven, and yet are only minutes from the bustling seaside village of Coverack.
Outside
Is a private garden and an area of communal woodland; great spaces to relax or let the children play and roam free! Enjoy a private bluebell wood in May.
Please note that there is no smoking in the Cottage.
